Our Community Page
The parish, which originally consisted of Onthank and Altonhill, has now expanded to include Wardneuk, Southcraigs and an area behind Altonhill where a further 450 new houses are being built. Our church stands very much in the centre of the parish and we see ourselves as an important part of the community.
We have links with the schools in the parish and with the Morven Centre (a Church of Scotland Crossreach organisation). We also hold regular services at Crossgates Care Centre and Gracelands Nursing Home and we have a monthly service in Creighton Court on the last Tuesday of the month at 11.30 am.
Our halls are used regularly by community groups as well as our church organisations. These bookings can change from week to week so if you wish to hire our halls please contact our Hall Convener by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and she will inform you of current availability.
At the moment we have the following community groups using the halls:
This group meet in the large hall on Thursday evenings from 6 pm, in various stages of ability until 9.30 pm. There are also some classes on Tuesday evenings.
Contact: Paul Reid on the night.
Badminton Club (Ladies)
